6 creep test machines of own design with direct load for performing of tensile creep tests in constant load mode
- the force capacity of the machines is max. 1.5 kN
- testing in air
- creep test temperatures up to 1200°C, single zone furnace FIBROTHAL RAC 70/500 TYPE A F-17
- temperature is measured by thermocouples placed on the test specimen and controlled by the CLASIC Ht 40 B controller
- strain of the specimen is measured indirectly from the movement of the load system using a MICRO-EPSILON optoNCDT 1320 laser sensor (measuring range 10 mm or 25 mm)
- recording of specimen strain is realized by means of a self-developed software
- testing of threaded, flat and circular test specimens with a gauge length of up to 50 mm
