Anotace
This project deals with numerical simulations of small punch tests at high temperatures performed on miniature discs from steel types ╚SN 41 5313 and 41 5128 (European equivalents 10CrMo9-10 and 13MoCrV6). Punch tests are considered as perspective method for residual life estimation of energetic and thermal equipment in service. Its use in this field is possible to consider as non-destructive testing. Current intensive development of small punch testing is aimed mainly on relation between its results and results of conventional mechanical testing. One of the ways is obtaining empirical relations a second one is the numerical simulation. The goal of this project is the formulation of a parametric model capable to reliably simulate small punch tests. FEM system ANSYS will be used for creation of this model. The project directly complements the results of projects solved at IPM that were focused on empirical or semi-empirical relations of small punch and conventional creep test results.
