Anotace
Project is coming out from experience obtained from the pilot project 101-05-0493, "Damage prediction of structural materials using cohesive models" oriented to the micromechanical modelling of the monolithic materials. Using this approach on the heterogeneous materials is complicated both from the experimental point of view and from the numerical approach. The identification of the micromechanical parameters requires the model formation taking into account the behaviour of the interface of two or more components. In case of cohesive model application is showing the necessity of formulation of the traction-separation law for given types of damage and revision of the energy balance ahead the crack tip, so finding the relationship between the classical fracture mechanics and boundaries for the application of the cohesive zone model based on the separation of materials. The project considers the modelling of the fibre composites with the brittle matrix including the calibration of numerical
