Anotace
The alloys based on intermetallic compounds Fe3Al and FeAl - owing to their excellent resistance to oxidation and sulfidation - are attractive for many high temperature applications. Therefore, their creep properties are very important. Within the project, creep of the new developed alloys (Fe-28Al-4Cr-0.1Ce, Fe-30Al-4Cr-0.9Ti-1.9B and Fe-40Al-Ti-C) will be studied and analysed in terms of the stress exponent and the activation energy. Moreover the internal stress (and its complement, the effective stress) will be measured by the dip-test technique. It is expected that the various heat treatments will influence the microstructure of the alloys and thus the measured internal and effective stresses. The internal stress will be utilized as one of the internal variables in the physically based constitutive equations. These equations can serve for the prediction of behaviour under varying external conditions.
