Quality exhibits and accompanying program attracted a record number of visitors to the Science Festival organized by the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic.
The event took place from 6 to 8 June at the Letňany Exhibition Centre in Prague and was visited by over 30,000 visitors. The booth of the Institute of Physics of Materials was constantly surrounded by both adults and children, to whom we could show the unusual behaviour of traditional and modern materials. We tried to draw attention to the physics of each of them in an understandable way. You never know if you have a future scientist ahead of you.
