Despite the bad weather on Friday, September 27, 2024, more than 200 visitors came to the Researchers‘ Night at the IPM. Children and adults of all ages went on the monsters‘ trail – and a giant monster awaited them.
The green creeper was waiting for them at four positions. In the quantum forge, where visitors learned exciting facts about quantum computers and how we want to use them for the development of materials, at the Photogenic Science photo gallery, the creeper hid among the crystals, in the real creep laboratory, and finally, in the photo corner where they could interact with our mega monster visitors to take pictures and take away a piece of newspaper with their photo. All generations voted for the best competition photo in the Gallery entitled 10 Years of Photogenic Sciences at the IPM. The unequivocal winner was the photo “Polymeric spartakiad” from 2019, the author of which is Jan Klusák. In addition, registered participants enjoyed an escape game and lab tours.
We thank all visitors to this year’s Researchers‘ Night for their interest in our work, and we look forward to next year.
And how did it look for us?
