Transport processes during heat treatment in Mg – Al alloys

Anotace

The aim of the project is to study diffusion processes in Mg-Al-X alloys. Measurements are caried out both with model and commercial alloys. Coefficients of volume diffusion and diffusivities along short-circuit paths are measured by residual activity method, interdiffusion coefficients by diffusion couple technique.
