Integrity and durability aspects of recycled aggregates composites (InDuRAC)

Investigatordoc. Ing. Jan Klusák, Ph.D.
Number of Project8J20AT013
Internal Project Number420110
AgencyMinisterstvo školství, mládeže a tělovýchovy, projekt Mobility
Duration2020-01-01 - 2021-12-31

Anotace
The main goal of the proposed project is under the guidance of the team of the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Brno University of Technology with the team of the Institute of Physics of Materials, Czech Academy of Sciences to broaden fruitfully commenced cooperation with the team of the Faculty of Civil Engineering, TU Wien. Within this cooperation, experimental-numerical analysis of nonlinear response of specimens made of composites with recycled aggregate should be carried out. This analysis will be used to characterize this material, which has not been performed so far, by selected mechanical fracture parameters, which may underlay the estimation of lifetime of structures or components made of this type of material.
