Saphir 550 automatic grinder and polisher with Rubin 520 grinding unit Metalco

Saphir 550 automatic single-disc preparation system with 300 mm disk is designed for grinding and polishing of metallographic specimens.

The system is equipped with both individual and central specimens holding as well as variable speed of the disc and head unit. The grinding machine allows to measure the amount of grinded material with accuracy of 0.01 mm. The device is electronically controlled and has a programmable memory. The machine also includes a powerful programmable dosing unit of up to 6 grinding or polishing suspensions, lubricants and OP suspensions.
