Sputter coater Quorum 150T

The Q150T system is a versatile turbo sputter for preparing samples for observation in a scanning electron microscope.
The sputter is used to create an electrically conductive thin film representing the surface topography of the sample to be observed, such films suppress 'charging', reduce thermal damage and increase secondary electron emission.
