ZEISS Neophot 32 Metallographic Microscope
The inverted optical metallographic microscope for structural analysis of examined samples in a bright/dark field, polarized light, and differential interferometric contrast.
The microscope is equipped with a digital camera and NIS Elements software capable, apart from the documentation, of image analysis and basic measurements. The microscope allows specimen microstructural analysis in the bright field, dark field, DIC, and polarized light. Digital camera and NIS Elements Software are used for specimens structure documentation and analysis.
