The furnace MILA-5000 is characterized by extremely high rate of heating and rapid cooling of samples in vacuum, protective atmosphere or air.
The furnace MILA-5000 is designed to perform heating up to temperature 1200°C. The rate of heating is 50°C/s. The maximum size of sample is □20 x 2mm. It is possible to use protective atmosphere of vacuum up to 4x10-6 mbar during heating.
