3D printer for printing objects by hot printing method from thermoplastic string - filament.
The printer allows printing of 3D objects of a maximum size of 250 × 210 × 210 mm from thermoplastic filaments with a diameter of 1.75 mm. Print resolution (thickness of applied layers) ranges from 0.05 mm to 0.35 mm. The maximum printing nozzle temperature is 300 °C and the maximum printing pad temperature is 120 ° C. This allows printing from commercially available filaments such as PLA, ABS, PET and others, or even non-commercial experimental filaments whose thermal properties correspond to the capabilities of the printer. The printer is equipped with a nozzle with a diameter of 0.4 mm made of abrasion-resistant material and allows the printing of composite materials containing hard particles. The removable printing pad makes it easy to remove the finished print from the pad. Printing can be controlled from the printer's microcomputer or from a connected PC.
