The Instron 8872 servo-hydraulic pulsator is another important device acquired at the IPM within the MATUR project. The device is intended for low-frequency static and dynamic testing of various materials up to a force of 25 kN. The pulsator is already fully operational and is in charge of Dr. Miarka from the group of Special Issues of Fracture Mechanics and Materials‘ Fatigue (FRACTIGUE).
