We had the opportunity to let the children and their parents be amazed at the properties of the shape memory materials, the colors of the stresses displayed by the photoelastic phenomenon, and the effects of the eddy currents.

Summer School of Electron Microscopy

Summer School of Electron Microscopy was organized at our institute. In four days (31. 7. 2018 – August 3, 2018), those interested in this field focused mainly on work with transmission electron microscopes. The lecturer was prof. Antonín Dlouhý and the course was oriented to both beginners and advanced staff in the field.
