Česká hlava Award for NenoVision s.r.o.

NenoVision s.r.o., with which ÚFM closely cooperates on a number of projects, received the prestigious Česká hlava 2025 Award in the INDUSTRY category, the CSG Award, for its product LiteScope – an in situ atomic force microscope.

Česká hlava (Czech Head) is the organizer of the most prestigious Czech award that a scientist can achieve in the country. The Česká hlava national award has been presented to winners in several categories since 2002.

The Industrie award is given for the most significant product or technological innovation that has been developed in the Czech Republic in recent years on the basis of the company’s own research or in cooperation with a research organization.

What is LiteScope?

LiteScope is a compact AFM device designed for operation in the vacuum environment of an electron microscope. It allows easy integration into most commonly used SEM systems without the need for technical modifications. Thanks to its smart design and advanced electronics, the device can be easily transferred between microscopes and used across research and industrial workplaces. A key feature is the use of innovative self-sensing AFM probes that do not require optical alignment or laser detection systems. This simplifies operation and increases measurement reliability in the SEM environment.

It should be noted that LiteScope serial number 002 is not only available to IPM, but IPM also contributed to its development.
