Congratulations to our student and colleague Radoslav Maňak, who has been honoured with the award „Cena průmyslového podniku“ in recognition of his outstanding bachelor’s thesis: „New routes to strengthening martensitic steel: From 3D particle dispersion to 2D nanosheets“.
This award is a testament to the value of cross-sector partnerships and the importance of translating scientific work into real-world applications.
The students presented their work via posters and short presentations to a panel of experts made up of company representatives. The committee then awarded prizes to 12 bachelor’s theses and 18 master’s theses. You can view the winning entries on the BUT website.
