Two minutes can be enough for scientists to capture the attention of experts from across the region. This year again, researchers from Institute of Physics of Materials, The Czech Academy of Sciences took part in the traditional 120 Seconds event held in Brno.
This autumn was also dedicated to electron microscopy. On the afternoon of October 22, 2025, CEITEC MUNI hosted the traditional 120 Seconds meeting as part of the #Brnoregion platform. The Institute of Physics traditionally participates in the event and always presents part of its work in the field of materials using electron microscopy. At the autumn event, the institute was represented by PhD student Markéta Gáliková. Her two-minute presentation caught the attention of several experts in the field, opening up opportunities for new collaborations for the institute.
