High temperature impulse excitation technique IMCE HT1600
The system consists from room temperature and high temperature part. Automatic or manual excitation is used to measure the elastic properties and damping of samples continuously at high temperatures up to 1600 °C. The HT1600 can be operated in air atmosphere or with a manual gas supply system, which is used to generate a continuous flow of an inert gas (Argon) in the furnace chamber. It's also possible to mount a dilatometer on the system to measure the linear expansion simultaneously with the elastic properties.
